Create meaningful impact
that’s actually sustainable—for you and the planet.
Refreshingly practical, nature-informed support for changemakers who want to build a just, regenerative world guided by energy, ease and joy.
How we define changemaker
If you see what is happening on our planet and deeply want to be part of the solution, you’re a changemaker. This may express itself through your career, activism or wherever you give your time and energy.
You’ve got a vision for planetary flourishing, but the day-to-day of bringing it to life feels like the opposite.
Instead of thriving, you feel stuck in urgency, scarcity and exhaustion. Progress is slow, and disillusionment is high. No matter what you do, you feel like you’re never doing enough, fast enough for our planet and communities.
While your commitment to making a positive impact is unwavering, it can start to feel like your only options are to push through or give up.
Nature shows us there’s a more easeful, effective way to make an impact.
It’s clear: The ways we’re currently working, leading and trying to spark systems change are depleting us—and they’re not creating the transformation we need. It’s time for a different approach. And luckily, the perfect teacher is right beneath our feet: a 4.54-billion-year-old expert in regeneration.
By tapping into our planet’s wisdom, we gain the critical skills, knowledge and support we need to play an active role in shaping our shared future—without burning ourselves out.
“[Rebecca uses] nature’s cycles to open up thinking and imagination around how we live and work; how we can be more attentive to the micro and macro cycles that are moving within us and affect our capacity to work creatively and with impact. It feels so vitally important.”

“This [work has] helped me understand myself better and plan my work and life in a different way. My eyes were opened to new ways of thinking about the world around me and the expectations I conform to unconsciously. I will make different choices in my day to day life and am very excited about how to apply some of these cycle and season concepts to how I run my business.”

For Impact-Focused Organizations
Nature-informed leadership development, facilitation services and well-being support, so your team can advance ambitious systems change with clarity, creativity and vibrancy.
“Sister Seasons has been such a gift to our organization. We hardly ever take a break from our “go go go” start-up culture, and this session was a great—and approachable way—to get the team to slow down. Our session was a perfect mix of encouraging our team members to step out of our comfort zone of constantly “doing” while also acknowledging the realities of our business needs.”

A radically easeful and joy-filled path forward.
Through my 20+ year career as an impact professional, I’ve learned it’s one thing to have the vision to help people + planet—and it’s a very different thing to have the tools to make this work sustainable, and even joyful. I’m committed to helping changemakers—especially those that identify as women and non-binary—to close this gap by unwinding from cultural conditioning, aligning our impact efforts with nature’s wisdom, and re-kindling our love for this world.
