Nature is an expert at regeneration and a generous teacher. By following the patterns contained within its cycles—from the seasons to those of our bodies, such as the menstrual cycle—we can become regeneration experts, too.

ABOUT ME

Hi! I’m Rebecca.

I’m a facilitator, teacher and systems thinker with 20+ years of experience in social impact and environmental sustainability across the nonprofit + private sectors. While studying nature’s cycles to address my own burnout, I began to see how our approaches to systems change often undermine our impact efforts and our well-being by relying on the same skills and practices that created the crises we face. Now I teach impact-driven leaders how to align the ways they work + lead with the regenerative future they envision through life-changing yet practical learning experiences, grounded in nature’s wisdom.
