Regenerate Together Mastermind

Ready to start partnering with cycles for your well-being and our planet’s?

The Regenerate Together Mastermind is an 8-week live companion program to our signature workshop that helps you deepen your learning and start practicing our cycles-based approach to co-creating a thriving future. You’ll expand your knowledge, receive hands-on support, and conspire for a more beautiful world with an intimate cohort of badass menstruators who know a different way is possible.

The best part: It’s designed to meet you–our smart, ambitious, overwhelmed, tired AF, menstruating friend–right where you are.

You can think of the Regenerate Together Workshop as the seed, and this mastermind as the water, soil and sunlight that helps transform ideas into action.

A lot of that transformation comes from going through this experience as a community. By learning and practicing together:

  • We can let go of any notion that these collective issues–from period challenges to the climate crisis–are individual failings

  • We find belonging and support, so we can remember that our well-being is inextricably linked to the well-being of each other and the whole of the nature world

  • We create a ripple effect that moves us more quickly toward the regenerative future we envision

A person's hand rests on top of another person's hand in a field of wildflowers, symbolizing the connection between our body's cycles and nature's cycles.

Here’s how the program works:

Start your learning journey by joining the Regenerate Together Workshop live on June 16–or watch the replay in the course portal. (Your program fee includes your ticket!)

Then on June 29, we’ll kick off 8 weeks of meeting together once a week for an hour-long virtual call:

Week 1: We’ll gather for an introvert-friendly guided community circle experience to make sure you feel ready to participate and set up for success.

Weeks 2-7: We’ll alternate between teaching calls and community calls to dive deeper into each of the 3 components of our framework. Teaching calls will include a mix of digestible presentation, guided discussion and activities. Community calls will be engaged time to discover the patterns and insights of our cycles, share ideas, and get all your questions answered.

Week 8: As our program winds down, we’ll gather for a final community circle to integrate your experience. You’ll also be invited to schedule a 1:1 session with Rebecca to receive personalized support and to share programmatic feedback.

During the entire program, your only homework will be to:

  • Track cycles daily using a method we’ll teach you (<5 minutes a day)

  • Review and reflect on your cycle insights once every 2 weeks (<20 minutes)

The mastermind is for you if:

  • You have a menstrual cycle*

  • You’re able to join the majority of the calls live

  • You’re ready for greater well-being in your daily life

  • You’re curious about cycles–yours and nature’s–and crave a supportive structure to get to know them firsthand

  • You love our planet and its inhabitants, and you want to back that up with sustainable action, not burnout

  • You want to connect with other menstruators who care about our collective future

  • Your idea of fun is co-designing subversively pleasurable pathways to a just, intersectional feminist, sustainable future

  • You’re on board with our Community Agreements

*Menstruators of all genders are welcome, as are menstruators who are on hormonal birth control and/or are experiencing missing or irregular periods.

The mastermind is not for you if you’re pregnant, post-menopause or do not menstruate, given how much our focus will be on the menstrual cycle.

Through the mastermind, we’ll deepen and build on all the benefits of the Workshop, plus you’ll receive:

  • Firsthand experience on how to adapt the practices to fit your unique needs and goals, so they feel personally sustainable and nourishing

  • Insights into the patterns of your body and nature, sourced from your very own cycle data

  • A clear path for continuing your practice

  • Resilience in navigating the complex and messy challenges of our time

  • Greater access to all of your senses, including your intuition

  • Deep sense of connection to yourself, your new community, and our planet

Let’s be clear: We’re not going to change the world overnight or cure our period issues in this program. But we are going to find a new path forward with nature and our menstrual cycles as our guides, and we hope you’ll join us!
