The Cool Down: August 2023

Experience our signature New Moon practice to receive the support you need to integrate nature’s pace into your everyday life.

Join us for a special 75-minute live session of The Cool Down to reconnect to yourself and your vision for a regenerative future as one season draws to a close and another begins.

We’ll guide you through our unique ritual of meditation, journaling, and a fresh story from nature. Then, we’ll celebrate the summer season with extra time for community connection.

Inspired by two of nature’s rest phases—the New Moon and menstrual phases—these sessions are designed to replenish you for the cycle ahead and help you recalibrate to nature’s pace.

In our time together, you’ll cultivate:

  • Your ability to listen to the vital information your body shares with you

  • A stronger connection to your inner wisdom

  • Knowledge of the natural world

  • Skills to build a regenerative future (think: empathy and curiosity)

  • Resilience to navigate an ever-changing body and world

All of this becomes second nature the more you practice. But even after one session, you can expect to feel relaxed and refreshed with new tools that support personal and planetary sustainability.

Sessions are open to all who identify as a woman or menstruator, regardless of gender identity. Our use of the term “woman” is always trans-inclusive.

A replay will be available within 48 hours of the live session. Please note that the recording will not include the community sharing segment of our gathering to create a safe, confidential space for all participants.
