Cycles @ Work: Fall Workshop

Join the next workshop in our 2025 energy management series.

This fall, join Sister Seasons for the next installment of our 2025 workshop series, where you’ll learn how to cultivate regenerative ways of working, leading and managing your energy using the seasons as your guide.

One could argue (and I will!) that the fall season is a changemaker’s greatest teacher. Frustrated by working with limited resources? Overwhelmed by what’s on your plate, yet feeling you’re not doing enough? Unsure what to prioritize when everything feels important? Fall’s cool winds blow in to reveal how to make the most with the resources you do have, so you can amplify your impact with your energy and well-being intact.

In this interactive workshop, you’ll gather strategies from nature about how to skillfully navigate fall and its counterparts in other cycles, build awareness of common energy patterns, and move through a guided activity to create a clear path for the remainder of your year.

Fall might not be the teacher we want, but it is the teacher most of us need in our culture of “do more, push harder.”

By the end of the session, you can expect to walk away with nature-based insights, practical strategies and personal next steps that will support your well-being, energy and impact at work year-round.

WHO IT’S FOR

This workshop is for you if you identify as a woman or non-binary individual and want to:

  • Skillfully manage your energy with strategies designed for changemakers

  • Align how you work + lead with the future you’re trying to create

  • Build resilience for the challenges of our time

  • Break personal + cultural cycles of burnout

  • Improve your well-being at work + home

  • Feel less alone in working to leave the world better than you found it

If you have a group of 3 or more friends or colleagues that would like to attend together, please email hello@sisterseasons.com for a group discount.

WHAT TO EXPECT

This 90-minute virtual workshop will include a mix of interactive presentation, guided activity, and optional group sharing.

Depending on the group size, we may do brief (always optional) breakout groups, since these were a huge hit at our summer workshop. I solemnly promise these will be introvert-friendly and that you will meet the nicest people!

While this is part of our 2025 seasonal series on energy management, this workshop is beginner friendly. No prior knowledge (or menstrual cycle) is necessary to benefit from the workshop.

(OPTIONAL) FOLLOW UP SUPPORT

If you’d like personalized support to apply your new learnings to your work and leadership, you can upgrade your workshop experience to include a 60-minute 1:1 follow up integration session.

Here’s what to expect: Following the workshop, we’ll meet for a 1:1 call to get your specific questions answered, work through any challenges in implementing your new knowledge, and/or design a seasonal experiment to start bringing cyclical wisdom into your daily work + life. (P.S. There’s no need to decide your focus in advance. More often than not, I help clients figure out what feels most helpful when we meet.)

Please note: All 1:1’s must be completed by December 19, 2025.
