Learn perimenopause basics and supportive strategies for an easeful transition.
On November 14, we’re diving into all things perimenopause with guest expert and Womb Health Practitioner, Lisa Jara.
As changemakers, we often tend to be over-givers, driven by our love for our planet and communities. But in perimenopause and menopause, our bodies, capacity and sometimes even our sense of self experience great change, and sustaining what was always unsustainable becomes impossible.
But (peri)menopause isn’t a curse or a disease. Instead, it is an invitation into a new phase of life and a deeper relationship with yourself and your callings.
Accessing the gifts of this stage of life are a whole lot easier when you know what’s actually happening in your body, learn how to navigate it skillfully, and have opportunities to hear other’s experiences.
In this 90-minute workshop, you’ll discover how to support your body, heart, mind and soul for a smooth transition, regardless of what stage of life you’re in.
You’ll learn:
The stages of menopause
Physical, emotional, mental and energetic changes to expect
What’s normal vs when to seek support
Practical strategies for supporting yourself through it, especially at work
We’ll also have time for generous Q&A and discussion, so bring your questions!
WHAT TO EXPECT
In this 90-minute workshop, you’ll experience:
A grounding exercise to help you get present
An interactive presentation covering perimenopause basics + strategies
Community Q&A and discussion
WHO IT’S FOR
This workshop is designed for women and non-binary individuals who are passionate about making a positive impact on people + planet and want to equip themselves with knowledge about perimenopause to better support themselves and/or loved ones.
