Reimagining Leadership is returning in January 2026–and this time, there are two ways to join: the group cohort AND a new 1:1 guided experience.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM
Reimagining Leadership is a 4-month nature-inspired program for women and non-binary changemakers who want to re-envision leadership, starting with their own.
At its heart, this program is about self-discovery, skill development and relationship-building, so you can find greater clarity in your personal expression of leadership and feel resourced to thrive as you step into it.
Whether you choose to go through the program as part of a peer community or on your own schedule with the 1:1 track, you’ll be supported at each step to know you’re not alone and that so much more is possible for you–and our world. Discover the program here.

The upcoming program will run from January 14 - April 29, 2026. There will be 10 group spots available and 3 spots available for 1:1 experience. Registration will open to the waitlist on December 3 and to the public on December 9.

Rebecca Magee (she/her)
Rebecca Magee is a teacher, facilitator, and systems thinker focused on the intersection of gender equity and climate justice. Her background blends ongoing studies in women’s leadership and health with a 15+ year career in environmental sustainability, social impact, and philanthropy at visionary organizations such as Echoing Green and EILEEN FISHER. An experienced leader, Rebecca has created transformative learning experiences for social impact leaders around the world, guided communities of women through life-changing retreats and peer groups, and led impact initiatives from B Corp certifications to ground-breaking grant programs. As founder of Sister Seasons, Rebecca helps women and non-binary changemakers–and the organizations they’re a part of–work with nature’s cycles to develop the skills they need to be thriving, regenerative leaders on a rapidly changing planet.
