Six Years of Sister Seasons and What’s Next
As I head out on maternity leave, here’s what’s to expect and what to look forward to.
It feels apt that on Sister Seasons’ 6th birthday, I’m officially now on leave for a different kind of birth (the human baby kind!).
Reimagining Leadership’s 3rd cohort just wrapped. My out-of-office is up. My task list is cleared. And I’ve *mostly* accepted the launches that didn’t happen and the emails that didn’t get responded to.
That’s how some seasonal transitions are: abrupt, imperfect and not on our timelines. 🌀
I’m excited.
Excited to meet our daughter, to fully immerse myself in the 4th Trimester and postpartum period to experience this new-to-me season, and to give generous space for Sister Seasons to rest after 6 years of constant building.
I’m also excited because I’ve been working on something super special for newsletter subscribers to enjoy while I’m out of office:
From May to August 2026—instead of the usual newsletter—subscribers will receive an inspiring interview in their inbox with a woman leader who is taking action for nature and turning to it for support.
Think: unexpected stories, fresh ideas about how to bring your own relationship with nature to your systems change efforts, and some very cool people each leading in their own unique ways.
It’s a project that’s been bringing me so much joy to create, and I’m bursting with excitement to introduce you to these 4 women leaders.
👉 To receive this special series, subscribe here. The first installment drops mid-May.
Here’s what else you need to know about the next 4 months:
I’ll be fully offline through early to mid July. After that, I’ll be checking emails once a week until I return in early September.
Sister Seasons won’t be taking clients or bookings during this time, but I encourage you to submit an inquiry at any point if you’d like to book a discovery call for the fall and get first dibs on what will be a limited calendar through the end of the year.
When I return in Fall 2026, you can expect:
Live events, including a Reimagining Leadership alumni virtual meetup
Dates for our next program runs (Join Cycles At Work waitlist and Reimagining Leadership waitlist to make sure you get all the details)
Reopened bookings for 1:1 support for individuals and workshops + trainings for organizations, including the very popular year-end team workshops
👉 If you’d like support right now, may I suggest starting (or restarting) a daily Field Notes practice?
This practice remains my favorite free + fun way to discover how to better support yourself at home and work AND really savor the natural seasons, especially at this abundant time of year.
Download a free 30-day workbook here. Try it for a month, and if you enjoy it, print another copy and keep going! If you do, I hope you’ll report back and tell me what you discover.
And with that, I’m *officially* signing off! Thank you again for being here and making 6 years of Sister Seasons a reality. I’ll see you in the fall!
